Even though people and so called "experts" have been putting down the real estate industry in Spain for the past couple of years - people continue to flock to Spain every year to buy a property in the sun, only they can tell you why! The market throughout the world is not exactly great at the moment, however those that are fortunate to have some captial behind them are in a great position to take advantage of the down turn that not only Spain is experiencing at the moment. Spain will always be a firm favourite for Brits to buy abroad. Was a stable ecomony!
